The brief
Networks Business Club, an arm of RCCG City of David, needed two things that most agencies treat as separate jobs: a unified operations platform to run the club end-to-end, and a practical digital skills program for members of the wider community. We delivered both as one engagement.
What was really going on
Internally, the club was running on disconnected tools. Externally, the community members it served needed real digital capability, not a one-off seminar. Solving either alone wouldn't have moved the needle. The platform had to land, and the training had to stick.
What we did
- 01Zoho One implementation, deployed and configured the suite end-to-end for Networks Business Club's operations.
- 02Adoption support, trained the internal team until they were running the platform without us.
- 03Digital skills curriculum, built a practical training program for community members, sequenced to real business outcomes.
- 04Delivery and measurement, ran the program across cohorts and tracked completion plus post-program capability.
